Transition

The adolescent experience
revisits -
the in-betweeners.
A lonely shepherd
giving me a small patch of land to chew
No room for sharing.

Transition was viscous
mucky like the Mumbai rains
and my rooms echo
with voices from the television set
mimicking better times!
